Zen used to be great, and the actual BB provision still is. Unfortunately their previously good customer service and billing team seem to have been replaced in the last year or two with some of the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken to. It’s a pity to see a once useful company spoilt like this, and I hope they’ll get their act together again sometime.

I’ve been with Zen since 2003, and they have never let me down. Not one problem at all in all that time (apart from a couple of minor line problems, but that was BT’s fault not Zen’s). I have considered moving to a different provider to save money (which would be easy enough as we’re not tied into lengthy contracts), but it always comes down to one thing: I’d rather pay more for excellent service than live to regret it.
