Really good ISP. Always there to help. When my contract ended and I needed a change they made me a really good 'special' deal, not because I deserved it, they just listened to what I wanted and made an excellent offer to match it. Super!

I have joined Madasafish from the takeover of Brightview; it has taken 4 months to get my Direct Debit sorted. I hope it will be sorted before too long as we have discussions and cut offs each month. This after many years of good service from Gloobalnet.co.uk

I have been with Madasafish and their predecessors (Freenetname) for several years now and found them very reliable and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used Madasafish for 14 months before switching to Sky to get their TV and broadband bundle.
Madasafish was fast, reliable and good value for money. I needed technical support twice during the 14 months. It's not a freephone number, but they answered the phone quickly and solved the problem within a couple of hours.
I am a heavy user and went over the 5GB download limit a few times. They charge you for going over which is a bit of a pain so that could increase the cost.
