Most reliable service ever. Fast and never goes down. Exceptional.

Just like Tim: 6 years with Pipex, then getting on for 2 with IDNET. Pipex OK once, pretty poor since about 2004. IDNET is much, much better; and their customer service is out of this world.

Oh what a breath of fresh air! After many years with Pipex, who are dire, this company has restored my faith. Real people, UK based and good service. No PO Box address, no premium rate phone lines. Not the cheapest but, you get what you pay for! I believe I'm getting far more for my money than I ever did with Pipex. They get my vote.

We moved our small office internet from BT in the spring of 2007. What a complete disaster BT were, poor connection speed way below advertised, (badly) trained chimps for tech support and reliability (?), no I need a different word, first couldn't send emails for a fortnight, then couldn't receive for 3 weeks, we left. After switching to IDnet - SUPERB!!! Fast connection, almost total reliability (2 very minor hiccups in 8 months) and friendly helpful tech support that knows its stuff, so our 2 minor glitches were sorted the same day. This is how it should be done. Excellent.

I have been with IDNet for about 14 months now having had 5 previous ISPs. If IDNet continue to provide the same customer focussed approach and total 24/7 reliability, I can`t see myself ever migrating away from them. There may be (slightly!) cheaper ISPs out there but ya gets what ya pays for, no ports blocked and no traffic shaping whatsoever. Generous bandwidth allowance (uploads ARE NOT included).
