Oustanding Business ISP. But sadly they got rid of their home user business and sold it off to a re-seller called Eurotel which to be honest are down their with Tiscali and Talk Talk for poor customer service. Only saving grace is that the BB is still routed through Grffin's network. Didn't think I would have to abandon Griffins network after 7 years, but the day is soon to happen :(

There is now a cancellation charge of £39.66 for ADSL lines cancelled from May 1st 2007.
If you change your BT PSTN phone line in any way e.g. name, phone number or address details it generates a cancellation charge of £39.66 You will then need to pay a reconnection fee. If you wish to move house you will need to cease and re-provide your service, this will generate a charge of £39.66 and a reconnection charge.
