If you change your BT PSTN phone line in any way e.g. name, phone number or address details it generates a cancellation charge of £39.66 You will then need to pay a reconnection fee. If you wish to move house you will need to cease and re-provide your service, this will generate a charge of £39.66 and a reconnection charge.
