Only been with Fast for a couple of months but brilliant so far. Good speeds (6mb, as the test on their site said we would receive due to our location) and good download limits. Kinda expensive, £34 a month for 40gb. However customer service is amazing - really helpful, had some problems setting it up when migrating. Two rings and they pick up, guided me through the whole process too. Brilliant!

I am extremely happy with Fast.co.uk, been with them for a year or so, good speeds, connection never lets me down, had a little problem with BT line but when I had to call Fast Customer Services the phone only rang twice before someone picked it up. They were very helpful and new exactly what they were talking about.

I've been with Fast.co.uk since early 2004 and have been very impressed with the quality of service and the fact the phones are always answered very quickly whenever I've had to call. We're getting very good speeds since our free upgrade to Broadband Max as well!
